How is the I-Smile Coordinator involved with the School Dental Screening Requirement?

Local I-Smile Coordinators work with schools throughout the state to help implement the requirement. They can assist families to get their children screened and to find follow-up care as needed. The I-Smile Coordinators can also provide information and technical assistance to schools and local boards of health on the new requirement. For more information, please contact your regional I-Smile Coordinator.
